Welcome to software.avjv.org. By downloading or using our desktop application (the "Software"), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. License Types & Usage

The Software is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Commercial, professional, or business use of the Software is strictly prohibited.

    A. Free Trial License:
    Duration: 3 months (90 days) from the date of issuance.
Limitations: Processing is limited to a maximum of 10 files per single application launch.
Purpose: For evaluation and testing only.

    B. Full License (Annual Pass):
    Duration: 1 year (365 days) from the date of issuance.
Features: No limitations on file processing.
Installations: You may install the Software on an unlimited number of personal devices belonging to you.
Non-Recurring: This license does NOT renew automatically. To continue using the Full version after one year, you must manually purchase a new license.

2. Payments and Billing

Payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Since there is no automatic renewal, your payment information will not be charged again after the initial purchase unless you initiate a new transaction yourself.

3. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because we offer a 3-month Free Trial to ensure the Software meets your needs and works correctly on your hardware, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances once a Full License has been purchased.

4. Delivery

Digital license files (.licence) are delivered via email immediately after a successful request or purchase. Please ensure your email address is valid and check your spam folder.

5. Restrictions

You may not:

Use the Software for any commercial or for-profit activities.
Modify, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
Share, sell, or rent your personal license file to third parties.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided "as is". avjv.org makes no warranties regarding the Software’s performance or its fitness for a particular purpose. Use at your own risk.
